Social Media Specialist/Front Desk Team Member
Job description
Seeking a positive, upbeat team player to fill part-time hybrid social media specialist/front desk team role.
This position will include both in-spa hours as well as remote hours Monday through Wednesday with one Saturday per month. Weekly hours will range between 15-20 hours, and schedule will be provided one month in advance.
Front Desk Duties:
- Enthusiastically greeting clientele, providing a high-quality, welcoming customer experience
- Confidently answering phones to book appointments, provide knowledgeable answers about products and services, and handle customer service issues
- Checking out client's post procedures and treatments
- Chart Creation/Maintenance
Social Media Marketing Duties:
- Posting regularly to IG and FB (scheduling via Canva minimum of 5 posts and stories per week)
- Helping with taking video of procedures/product education interviews with staff
- Assisting with building brand awareness and generating website traffic
- Engaging with our followers by commenting and responding on social media on a regular, consistent basis
- Contributing during our monthly breakfast meeting, brainstorming specials for upcoming month
Front desk experience required. Excellent communication skills. Exemplary people skills. Social media experience in a business setting is required. Knowledge of the medspa industry a PLUS!
