Job Description

Speech Language Pathologist
Department: Social Learning and Communication

All Great Minds Don't Think Alike
We are looking for a dynamic professional who possesses expertise in speech and language pathology and Social Thinking to provide small group and individualized instruction for people with communication and/or social understanding challenges.

Our ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of research-based interventions, be able to develop treatment plans for the specific needs of our clients, and will successfully interface with students, parents, school teams, and other professionals.

Specific duties include:
Provide in-person SLP instruction, some off-site and online service provision may be required
Develop curriculum for group or individual instruction
Develop instructional goals and objectives
Collect and analyze data
Work collaboratively with team members
Attend Team meetings
Communicate effectively with parents and school team members
Maintain facility and materials: light cleaning, organizing
Utilize strong communication skills

    • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
    • Certificate of Clinical Competency
    • State Licensure

    Other Skills/Abilities
    • Take initiative for problem solving, communication
    • Supervision of graduate students, interns, and/or assistants
    • Receive and give constructive professional feedback

    • Evening hours required, flexibility with scheduling
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Master degree preferred
  • Citizenship, residency or work visa required
