What can you expect in this role?

As the Store Leader, you will be responsible for meeting monthly sales targets, which will include training, motivating and the development of employees. You’ll be a coach and a mentor and provide leadership to the team.

You’ll recruit, interview and hire for all store positions to maintain optimal store staffing needs and schedule talent to maximize productivity. You will ensure proper floor coverage and floor management to maximize store volume.

As an effective communicator, you will share customer feedback, business trends and recommendations to the Retail Leadership team and promote brand initiatives to customers. You’ll have a keen eye for merchandising and you’ll ensure the store maintains visual presentation standards and is replenished at all times.

What do you need to apply?

You have three to five years’ experience in retail roles, with at least two years in a leadership role and demonstrated success in recruiting, training, revenue generation and operations.
