At Vineyard Pediatrics Dentistry and Orthodontics, we aim to provide a remarkable experience for every patient that walks through our doors. Our beautiful new office is located conveniently in Vineyard. We are a team oriented practice with a focus on exceptional patient care. We provide a fun environment for not only our patients but our team.

We are looking for an outgoing, positive, treatment coordinator/insurance verification specialist to add to our team. The right candidate is well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care and able to make office procedures as smooth as possible.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist the front desk receptionist and office manager
• Welcome patients in the dental office
• Prepare & present accurate treatments plans
• Coordinate payment arrangements according to office standard
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
• Verify insurance for patients
• Maintain email correspondences

Skills

• Must have a friendly personality and be able to work with a team
• Dental experience, treatment planning & insurance verification required
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Attention to detail
• Well-organized and reliable
• OpenDental Experience a plus
• Spanish speaking required!!

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
