Rocky Ridge Pet Hospital is currently looking for a Receptionist to join our dynamic team of veterinary professionals! Job Responsibilities

· Working alongside our veterinarians and technicians to care for patients

· Maintaining the cleanliness of the hospital

· Communication with clients

· Invoicing clients, answering phones, booking appointments

· Administrative duties

· Other duties, as required

Job Requirements:

As our ideal candidate, you will:

· Be comfortable handling animals

· Have knowledge of and the ability to learn basic veterinary terminology

· Have excellent communication skills

· Have prior experience with or the ability to learn Avimark software

· Be comfortable working under pressure, while keeping calm

· Be proactive and take initiatives to work effectively without supervision

· Be a team player

· Be able to prioritize your workload
