Job description
We are seeking a permanent full-time Delivery Driver/ Warehouse Associate. Work will be based in our Gloucester (Ottawa), ON location. The candidate will be working alongside a team of warehouse personnel.
Requirements: Must have a clean driving abstract and a valid G license. Job is labour intensive, candidates need to be able to carry heavy boxes of hardwood and flooring supplies and deliver them to clients.

- Use route navigation apps and knowledge of the area to deliver packages to customers on time
- Interact with customers in a professional manner
- Work occasional evenings and weekends
- Complete daily maintenance checks on the delivery van and notify the manager of any issues
- Maintain electronic logs to track routes and deliveries
- Ability to manage time and routes for a streamlined delivery experience
- Strength to lift up to 70 pounds plus bending and twisting
- Accurately receive and count inventory when new products arrive
- Perform physical/visual inspection of the products
- Identify and label skids with master case labels
- Keep general areas tidy and aisleways clean
- Any other Warehouse related tasks
Pay rate based on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
