Gallery 1 Furniture, is currently looking to add a full-time Warehouse Operator to our growing distribution center, based out of Dartmouth, NS . As an Operating Specialist, you would be responsible for working with a group that assembles, inspects and prepares all products going out on delivery. You would set up, install and remove any debris from the packaging - ultimately setting up the delivery team to be successful.
You would also assist with the receiving, loading and unloading of all merchandise entering and being shipped from the building. You would work as part of team to ensure safety and accuracy of inventory.

Responsibilities:
- Deluxing products for delivery;
- Unloading trailers;
- Shipping trailers;
- Assisting with customer pick ups;
- Working on the delivery truck as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with furniture deliveries a strong asset (but willing to train);
- Ability to consistently lift 50+ lbs in a safe manner;
- Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism;
- Reliable;
- Strong team player.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
