Headway is a coordinated inter-agency case planning program for high-risk youth in Steinbach (Manitoba) and the surrounding area which utilizes community and family resources to intervene, plan for and support these youth.

Headway has an opening for a Youth Program Coordinator to join their team in delivering a range of services to youth and their families in Southeastern Manitoba. This position will be a full-time position (35 hours per week) and be renewed annually. Our ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in Social Sciences or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with community mobilization initiatives, experience working with high-risk youth and an administration/fundraising background will be considered an asset. To apply, one must have satisfactory Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry checks. The successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced law enforcement security screening and the completion of this is necessary for employment.
