Responsibilities

Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and Walmart marketplace.

Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with our fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Provide excellent customer service and promptly address any customer inquiries or issues

Continuously research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in ecommerce Requirements

1+ years of experience in ecommerce, specifically managing Amazon or Walmart marketplace

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
