The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:

Job Description:

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a strong candidate to join the International Payroll Team as a Payroll Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of monthly payrolls and taxes for the US and/or multiple international sites. The International Payroll team is a fast paced, high volume, metrics driven, team oriented environment which. is focused on individual and team performance as well as continuous improvement.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Performs all activities necessary to process payrolls, including maintaining related records, processing deductions such as levies and garnishments, preparing accounting transactions and documents, documenting and updating procedures.
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely while protecting all private information
  • Audit, analyze, identify, and edit inconsistencies between HR and Payroll systems
  • Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
  • Support compliance monitoring, issue tracking and resolution, and statutory filing management.
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Recognize opportunities and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and ensure quality

Required Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel
  • Previous Payroll Experience and knowledge of payroll best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
  • Must be able to retain confidentiality of all transactions

Desired Skills

  • Payroll experience gained in a large international corporate setting
  • Knowledge and experience with ADP Celergo, ADP Global View, Workday, SAP, and other Accounting Systems
  • Experience with 3rd Party Payroll providers
  • Ability to speak and read a foreign language

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or related discipline. Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years
    prior relevant experience.

US Citizenship Required:

  • This position requires access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
