Urgently hiring

We are looking for a general handy person to join our growing team. The candidate must be detail orientated and hardworking, providing quality services to maintain residential properties.

Must have

• G driver’s license with minimum 5 years experience rating and a clean driving record

• 5 years' experience, providing maintenance and handy person services

• General knowledge of residential electrical and plumbing systems

• Working knowledge of oral and written English

Responsibilities

Handy person services include, but are not limited to:

• Regular maintenance and repairs to residential properties

• Installation of appliances

• Painting

• Drywall, mud and tape installation

• Deck and fence repair

• Cabinet adjustments and general carpentry

• Maintain daily records of work performed

A company vehicle will be provided.

Regular hours will be Monday through Friday, with occasional requirements to work overtime or weekends.

A competitive remuneration package will be provided to the selected candidate.

Salary: 25 to 35 per hour or commensurate with experience.
