• Provide leadership and direction for outbound operations.
• Drive performance and results of night warehouse team through training and coaching of direct reports.
• Ensure nightly work flow is processed timely to meet transportation dispatch times.
• Measure and develop team accountability with the use of Operations Key Performance metrics.

• Provide leadership for direct reports to optimize their performance utilizing training and coaching. Develop a culture of respect with a winning attitude for the outbound team. Drive outbound metrics to meet or exceed defined budgets and targets.
• Recruit, train and develop new warehouse associates to build a strong team and organization. Provide high level of customer service to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure Food Safety programs and SOP’s are followed by outbound team Implement Operations policies and procedures to support improved operational process.
• Create an atmosphere of accountability and responsibility.
• Provide high level communication with operations leadership for better understanding of department direction and goals.
• Create a safety culture in support of all division associates to minimize risk and liability.
• Complete all tasks as assigned by Division and Operations leadership.

• 1 – 2 years’ experience of warehouse outbound operations
• Preferably in food service distribution.
• 1-2 years’ Supervisor experience in outbound operations.
• Understanding of productivity key performance metrics.
• Mentoring and coaching ability and experience.
• Ability to lead and develop direct reports.
