We are offering a $4000.00 sign-on bonus for Quality RNA's looking to join our team!

We are looking for Restorative Nursing Assistants to join our team at Balboa Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

For this position:

We are looking for candidates who are motivated and passionate about helping others. This person must have their CNA license to apply for the RNA position.

The RNA will directly assist patients and therefore this employee needs the corresponding licensure to perform the RNA duties. This individual must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the residents served on his or her assigned caseload.

Job Duties:

• Maintain records of patients’ health condition; monitor their daily progress, landmarks and shortcomings.
• Inform nurses and rehab staff of developments in patients’ health
• Receives specific restorative nursing assignments directly from the Director of Rehab.
• Performs above care and ambulation, ROM, ADL specifics, contracture splint, hand roll care, and positioning
• Keeps nurses and rehab informed of issues related to performance - i.e., resident refusal

Shift: AM shifts – Mon through Friday and weekends are available.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:

• CPR Certification and CNA License (Required)
