Glen Raven is recruiting for a Day Shift Section Leader which this position is responsible for the supervision and maintenance of the plant and its processes. This position adds value to Glen Raven by their commitment to achieve the highest level of production, quality and safety, as well as teamwork by ensuring an efficient plant operation.

**The hours for this role are 7am-7pm with a 2-2-3 schedule, paying $24.47 per hour, with eligibility for Pay-for-Skills**

Responsibilities:

• Follow company policies, safe work practices, prevent injuries to yourself and other associates
• Report any unsafe work condition or any work-related injury to your supervisor IMMEDIATELY
• Participate in monthly safety meetings
• Monitor employees' job performance
• Patrol departments
• Assist associates when needed
• Check machinery performances
• Check product performances
• Daily and weekly reports
• Review and approve associate timecards on daily basis
• Help maintain good housekeeping

Experience and Education:

• Previous experience in a textile manufacture preferred
• High School Diploma, required
