We are seeking someone who can join our Customer Experience (CX) team at a fast-paced and quickly growing Financial Technology start-up. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that every applicant has an unparalleled customer journey from start to finish. This person is very organized, timely, and possesses an exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate empathy and attention to each client’s unique circumstances.
Previous experience in a sales or customer experience role is required. A background in financial sales, loans, or bankruptcy is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:
- Manage outbound and inbound phone calls, working with existing customers as well as new prospects
- Following up with customers that inquired about financing cosmetic procedures via phone call, text, and email.
- Helping customers through our sales process in a timely and courteous way
- Using interpersonal and sales skills to convert interested prospects into customers
- Work with the credit and accounting teams to coordinate fundings and achieve our sales goals
- Assist other CX team members to ensure every applicant receives industry leading customer service
Requirements:

- High performers with a proven track record of exceeding KPI’s and targets
- Multi-taskers that can handle numerous active clients and remain organized and timely
- Consistently demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive and can-do attitude, happy to assist with a range of different tasks
- Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and environment
- Strong people skills and sales abilities, previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A high level of professional discretion is required
- French-speaking an asset
Location: This role is in-office. We are currently located at 555 Burrard, in the heart of Coal Harbour. We will be moving in early 2023 to a new downtown Vancouver office at 609 Granville Street.
