Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Specialist conducts full cycle strategic recruiting across Sports Endeavors LLC. which enables the organization to meet its customer experience, quality, and operational goals for our ecommerce businesses. The Talent Acquisition Specialist leads a team that develops sourcing strategies and recruiting plans, presents pre-qualified top candidates to hiring managers, develops/negotiates offers with candidates and creates the onboarding experience for all new hires. This position is an on-site role in Mebane, NC.

Major Accountabilities/ Essential Duties

• Build a pool of applicants for open, entry-level positions utilizing a variety of resources in the local community, job fairs, social media, and educational institutions.
• Utilizes applicant tracking tools to perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of hiring quality candidates in a timely manner.
• Responsibilities of scanning, sorting and screening applicants within our Applicant Tracking system (ATS) based on skill sets of the applicant and needs of our Fulfillment Center.
• Conducting multiple interviews daily to staff open requisitions for our entry-level recruiting.
• Assist with other various tasks as needed to support the HR Department and/or other departments.
• Conduct onboarding of new hires to include verifying accuracy of information as it moves from the ATS to the HR System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to pull and manage complex data for insights into processes.
• Experience with application tracking systems or human resource information systems.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate strategies and implement policies.
• Ability to professionally interact with all levels of management and employees
• Successfully demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under deadline pressure
• Must have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Must have the ability to handle confidential matters using sound judgement and discretion
• An ability to adapt and be able to deal with ambiguity and rapid change.
• Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills, along with attention to detail.
